Hi, there, I'm Nidhi a designer based in New York 🍎

I design to make sense of complexity and ambiguity, working at the intersection of systems thinking and design craft.
I shape dense, multi-layered products into experiences that feel effortless, with experience across fintech, SaaS, and enterprise platforms.
My approach is grounded in three things: 1. designing for clarity, 2. leading with strategy and purpose, and 3. treating design as a co-creative process, both with the people I build alongside and with AI as an active part of how I explore and refine.
Currently, my work at ServiceNow involves, driving a unified design system across a complex web of sites, brands, and backend systems. Previously, at Infraclear, an AI-powered infrastructure data platform, where I designed the Gen-AI chatbot that became the product's core value proposition and reshaped dense data dashboards into intuitive interfaces; Fynny, a fintech startup, where I led the 0→1 design of an AI-powered financial platform from research through launch; and the Brooklyn Museum, where I optimized key user journeys through in-depth usability research.
I'm naturally curious about people and what drives them, and adaptable enough to connect easily and navigate whatever a project throws at me. Engaging with new perspectives is genuinely what I enjoy most.
It's no surprise I found my calling in UX. With a background in Architecture, I've always been drawn to crafting experiences that are both functional and delightful, and that instinct for structure and human-centered thinking carries through everything I design. I look forward to embracing new opportunities and connecting with inspiring people along the way.
